Ellee's Hair Design - Awards

Ellee’s Hair Design is an emerging salon and business with ambition and desire to succeed in all areas of the hair industry. Catering for all ages and backgrounds, our aim is to compete – and be recognised - in national awards, fashion shows and photo shoots to build a reputation around the UK. Eventually we aim to become a market leader.

L’Oréal Colour Trophy finalist 2010

The team was shortlisted in the L'Oréal Colour Trophy 2010. This was down to the commitment of the staff, photographer and models and represented the first step of our mission to promote the Ellee's Hair Design brand. Having only been open for business for four months, we were well on our way to turning our ambitions into reality. With work on-going in sourcing other opportunities for photo shoots and competitions, we adhere to the L'Oréal statement to DREAM, EXCEL & SUCCEED!

Michelle Mckay has competed in the Loreal Colour Trophy several times and has also competed against some of the top UK hairdressers in the British Hairdressing Awards where she has been short-listed twice for British Men’s Hairdresser of the year in 2005 and 2007.
